Absolutely, new customers purchase the lights in the first year. You own the materials. Renewal years are typically 40% cheaper than the initial year due to the materials being paid for.
We have said yes to this in the past and it has been a disappointment for both parties. We only use commercial high-end materials. This results in minimal product failures and callbacks.
We begin installs of roofline products the last week of September. We generally don’t turn the product on until later in the year but this helps us manage our workflow and deliver the holiday magic all desire. We do our best to accommodate homeowner preference.
We don’t install greenery (wreaths/garland/bows) until after Halloween.
No, we install timers at every house so that the lights come on at dusk and go off at dawn or whatever time the homeowner prefers.
We do not want to install holiday lights on trees or bushes if they are trimmed afterwards.
Takedowns begin the week after Christmas. Most of the installs occur in January. We schedule this with each client to meet their needs.
Absolutely, preferences change. Landscaping changes, and people move. Our role in this is to serve you.
